Action item for you to do this week, and it should only take a week.
Step one, write down 10 clients you have worked with in the left hand side of a piece of paper.
Step two, next to each client, then write down something you could do to strengthen your relationship with them.
Perhaps it is send them a holiday card, or a thank you note. Perhaps it is call them up to see what is new. Perhaps it is to compliment them on something they recently did. Perhaps it is an email to say hello.
Step three, do it.
